Theta Alpha (North Alabama)
Active chapter size: 33. The chapter sent two men to the 2008 International Convention.

Theta Beta (Montevallo)
Active chapter size: 32. The chapter sent two men to the 2008 International Convention.

Theta Gamma (Georgia College and State University)
Active chapter size: 75; pledges: 11. The chapter sent two men to the 2008 International Convention. The Pikes at Georgia College and State University traveled to Georgia Southern University in September 2008 to compete in GSU’s Campus Outreach‑sponsored flag football tournament, Battle in the ‘Boro, in Statesboro, and returned with the first place trophy. Pike’s road to the championship did not come easily because injuries to key players threatened to force the team into a forfeit, but Pike battled on, playing the championship game with only seven players – the minimum number allowed. The men played a game Friday night and followed it up with three more on Saturday, the last two pushing into double overtime.

Theta Epsilon (Northeastern State)
Active chapter size: 35. The chapter sent two men to the 2008 International Convention.

Theta Zeta (Northern Iowa)
Active chapter size: 30; pledges: 7. The chapter sent one man to the 2008 International Convention.

Theta Kappa (Indiana Southeast)
Active chapter size: 16; pledges: 24. The chapter sent two men to the 2008 International Convention. The men helped over 300 new students move into the brand new dorms built on campus.

Theta Lambda (Creighton)
Active chapter size: 66; pledges: 5. The chapter sent one man to the 2008 International Convention and nineteen men to the Omaha Leadership Summit. The men once again assisted St. Cecilia’s Cathedral with the annual Cathedral Fest. Pikes at Creighton won Greek Week in October 2008, a week that consisted of a canned food sculpture building contest, a pie eating contest, flag football, kickball, an all day barbeque and a day of community service. The men have established an alumni email listserve to facilitate communication among the alumni and the chapter members. If Creighton Pike alumni are interested in becoming a part of this listserve they may contact chapter secretary Adam Hare at AdamHare@creighton.edu. The chapter is also taking applications for the new Alumni Advisory Board and you may submit your inquiries to Adam Hare. The chapter is in the process of forming a Neighborhood Watch program within the Gifford Park Neighborhood Association. They hope to have other Greek houses in the area participate in the efforts to improve the safety and security of the neighborhood. In athletics, there are eleven Pikes that play club rugby, soccer, lacrosse and volleyball.

Theta Mu (Massachusetts)
Active chapter size: 46; pledges: 5. The chapter sent three men to the 2008 International Convention and three men to the Hartford Leadership Summit. Over the past year the men of Theta Mu have volunteered for hundreds of hours of community service and raised thousands of dollars for charity. They have maintained the highest GPA of any large fraternity on campus, and each brother is also a member of at least one campus group. In just over a year they have grown to a chapter that seeks scholars, leaders, athletes and gentlemen on campus. The chapter realizes that a successful Greek system focuses their efforts not only to better themselves, but also to be capable of bringing positive effects to the community of Amherst.

Theta Nu (Baylor)
Active chapter size:40.

Theta Xi (Texas A&M‑Commerce)
Active chapter size: 20; pledges: 5. The chapter sent one man to the 2008 International Convention.

Theta Omicron (Indiana State)
Active chapter size: 47; pledges: 25. The chapter sent four men to the 2008 International Convention. The men have already volunteered over 2,000 hours of community service time with other events still being planned. On campus the men are represented on the track and field team, in the student government and IFC, and in Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society. The active chapter communicates with the alumni association to keep them informed of chapter news. There are currently four Theta Omicron brothers serving in the United States Army, two serving in the United States Navy and two serving in the United States Marine Corps.

Theta Pi (Alabama‑Huntsville)
Active chapter size: 39; pledges: 13. The chapter sent four men to the 2008 International Convention.

Theta Rho (Northern Arizona)
Active chapter size: 78; pledges: 19. The chapter sent two men to the 2008 International Convention.

Theta Sigma (Winthrop)
Active chapter size: 43; pledges: 12. The chapter sent three men to the 2008 International Convention. With the help of the alumni, a loan was obtained to add a kitchen to the house, repaint the interior walls, restructure the floor and renovate the bathrooms. In community service, the active chapter members and the alumni have adopted a local highway that they maintain. The men have also hosted a canned food drive and helped a local middle school provide snacks for their students. Chapter members are encouraged to be involved in campus organizations, and 90% of the chapter is currently doing so, including members who serve with the council of student leaders and the IFC. The Pike flag football team went undefeated during the regular season and participated in a state tournament which included the best intramural teams from all over the state.

Theta Tau (California State‑Sacramento)
Active chapter size: 25; pledges: 20. The chapter sent one man to the 2008 International Convention.

Theta Upsilon (Tennessee Tech)
Active chapter size: 74. The chapter sent two men to the 2008 International Convention. Theta Upsilon alumni and members of the housing board, along with members of the active chapter celebrated the 20th anniversary of their annual Firemen’s Ball event in the fall. During the evening, the Silver Initiate brothers were recognized and a good time was had by all. This spring the active chapter and alumni association will be hosting Theta Upsilon’s annual Founders Day golf tournament on April 18, 2009, at White Plains Golf Course in Cookeville.  Please save the date and contact John Campbell for more information regarding registration. 

Theta Psi (Chapman)
Active chapter size: 101. The chapter sent three men to the 2008 International Convention.

Theta Omega (California‑Davis)
Active chapter size: 62; pledges: 14. The chapter sent two men to the 2008 International Convention.

Iota Alpha (Wyoming)
Active chapter size: 35; pledges: 32. The chapter sent one man to the 2008 International Convention and ten men to the Omaha Leadership Summit.

Iota Beta (California State‑Fresno)
Active chapter size: 54; pledges: 27. The chapter sent four men to the 2008 International Convention.

Iota Gamma (Nebraska‑Kearney)
Active chapter size: 46; pledges: 27. The chapter sent two men to the 2008 International Convention and twenty‑four men to the Omaha Leadership Summit. The men have a cumulative GPA of 2.934. They are developing a monthly alumni newsletter to keep the alumni informed of the chapter news and activities. They are also establishing an active alumni advisory board. In community service activities, the chapter participates in several events including Top Soccer, where they teach autistic children how to play soccer, and the Buddy Bowling program with mentally handicapped adults. The men also participated in Honey Sunday, as well as the chapter’s annual haunted house which raises money and canned goods for the local food bank. Their campus involvement is currently at 100% with over 50 different organizations represented. Some of the organizations are the student court, where they hold five of the seven justice positions, and the student senate where they have two senators and two campus diplomats. Pike members currently serve as the president, recruitment chairman and treasurer of the Student Alumni Foundation, as well as the president of the Sports Administration Club, the executive vice president of AITP, and they are represented on the executive council of the Industrial Distribution Organization. Other organizations they are involved with include the Honors Program, SEAN, SIFE, AMA, GAMMA, CMO, SHRM, numerous Greek letter honor societies, the Physical Education Club, Health Science Program, Up ‘til Dawn, Relay for Life, Loper Legion, Chemistry Club and the Lock and Key Society. They are currently the reining intramural champions with a winning record of fourteen of the last fifteen years.

Iota Delta (Rose-Hulman)

Iota Theta (California Polytecnic‑ San Luis Obispo)
Active chapter size: 100; pledges: 17. The chapter sent two men to the 2008 International Convention.

(California‑Santa Barbara)

Active chapter size: 56; pledges: 26. Fight Night 2008 brought nearly 100 alumni returning to UCSB to watch Iota Kappa’s annual philanthropy which features amateur boxers. Spring 2008 marked the first annual Pike Training Days, a weeklong competition between all sororities to see which house trained the hardest for Fight Night. Girls were rewarded points for participating and for winning events such as tug‑o‑war, boot‑camp style relay races, an obstacle course with 50 foot tall inflatable waterslide, as well as many other exciting competitions. While promoting Fight Night within the Greek system, the event also served as a great fundraiser, with all proceeds going to the Say Yes to Kids Foundation. All sororities had a blast, and planning for Pike Training Days 2009 is already underway. On campus, three members have been elected to serve on the Interfraternity Council.
