The four areas of chapter programming that are critical to the foundation of an effective fraternity experience are: membership, operations, brotherhood, and leadership. Each area has further sub-categories that help comprise the basis of the Chapter Self Assessment, Chapter Consultant Visitation Summary, and Awards Application. The following awards specifically recognize chapters for excellence in specific areas of chapter programming, sixteen in total. To qualify, chapters must score a year-end score of at least 3.5 (out of 4)
in the award category:
